Universal Ai University Marks Good Placement For Its 2024 Batch
India’s first Artificial Intelligence University, Universal Ai University (UAi), School of Management, Mumbai has achieved excellent placement results for the post-graduation batch of 2024, with the highest package of Rs 25.06 Lacs per annum in USA and Rs 13.03 Lacs per annum. Universal Ai University attracted 232 companies to participate in campus recruitment for final placement and the summer internship process, as a result of its deep corporate relationships and the strong backing of the 60 CEOs who have endorsed the Business School.
For its flagship batch, the average salary for the flagship batch was Rs 13.03 lacs. The median salary for the flagship batch was Rs 10.00 Lacs. The overall average for all cohorts across all programs was Rs 8.36 Lacs. Universal Ai University provided 935 interview opportunities to its students.
Coca Cola, Nestle, Asian Paints,Emami, Deloitte, Tata Group, Godrej Group,Reliance Group,Adani Group, ITC, Schindler, Decathlon, AMUL, H&R Johnson, Larsen & Toubro, Emami, Writer Corporation,HDFC Bank, IDFC First Bank,Axis Bank, Federal Bank, Galaxy Surfacants, JM Financial, Tech Mahindra, Property Pistol, First Source Solutions, etc. are some of the marquee companies that recruited UAi students. The total number of companies arriving on Universal Ai University’s campus was around 232 while for experienced students, the average increase in salary was 210% with the highest increase being 320%. The highest Internship Stipend was Rs 28,000 per month.
As far as key placement trends are concerned, Universal Ai University, School of Management attracted 38 first time recruiters inSustainability Consulting, HR Consulting, Digital Marketing, Fintech, eCommerce, and Business Analytics. The sales, marketing and marketing research remained as a top domain with about 48%offers with participation from industry giants like Nestle, Asian Paints, AMUL, Emami, H&R Johnson, Decathlon, ITC, Coca Cola, Reliance Retail, H&R Johnson, Godrej Properties, Lodha Ventures, Cordelia Cruises,etc.
The Banking and Financial Services domain remained the second most attractive sector this year with 28% share in placement. Recruiters offered varied profiles ranging from management trainee, analysts in credit and risk management, Asst. Finance Manager, Fund Accounting Manager, Branch Manager, Management Consultant, Associate – Consulting & Advisory and Forex Trading Manager. The major recruiters include Deloitte,Federal Bank,HDFC Bank,IDFC First Bank,Tata Capital, JM Financial, Adani Capital, Axis AMC, HDFC AMC, HomeFirst Finance, South Indian Bank, to name a few.
The Operations, Logistics/Supply Chain sector contributed about 10% share in Placement where the recruiters included Writer Corporation, Larsen & Toubro, Galaxy Surfacants, Tech Mahindra, Godrej Properties, Schindler Group, Sun Logistics, Nissin ABC Logistics, PL Logistics, JP Infra, ION Exchange, etc.which offered varied profiles ranging from project management, vendor management, supply chain management, warehouse management and store operations.
General Management, Consulting& HR contributed 7%share in Placement with eminent recruiters like FirstSource Solutions that recruited 94% of the batch.
Business Analytics too contributed 7% share in Placement. This year was the third year that students were recruited for Business Analytics job profiles, by Deloitte, Tech Mahindra & Energia Appliances were some of the prominent recruiters.
